Little Goatie: one character, three sizes, two outfits

Crochet your own Little Goatie and choose how you want this character to look. The same design is documented in three yarn scales, from a small approximately 16 cm version to a big 32 cm plush version. Dress your goat in overalls with a pocket or make the dress and flower for a completely different look.

One construction can be worked at three documented scales. Finished measurements are approximate and will vary with yarn, hook, tension and stuffing.

What techniques are involved?

The project uses standard amigurumi crochet in rounds, increases and decreases, shaping, joining limbs during crochet, small separate parts, garment and accessory crochet, stuffing, sewing and attachment, plus facial embroidery and shaping.

Some limb construction is integrated into the crochet sequence, but this is not a no-sew pattern: ears, horns and other details still require assembly and finishing.
